This place is absolutely gorgeous, so many cool details put into the building construction. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Everything was clean. Great location next to Nauyanca waterfalls and Reptilandia (is what I’d say if everything wasn’t shut down due to coronavirus 😉 ), and short drive to dominical. Awesome view of the valley with tons of Birdlife flying by (including 7 toucans each afternoon we were there). Check in was ready. I’d highly recommend this place.

This beautiful place is a gem! Next to the falls and peaceful. Like others, I saw growler monkeys and toucans. Sweet smelling ylang ylang tree in the yard. Pool was refreshing after hiking. I stayed in the main house and the kitchen was well stocked. Most importantly, I felt safe and for the price this was the cleanest air bnb I stayed at throughout my 10 weeks in Central America. Of course, being so close to nature you’ll encounter some insects here and there. I didn’t mind the trucks like other travelers but that’s probably because I’m from NYC and LA and I’ve learned to tune that out. The noise is really quite minimal. The property manager Pablo and the rest of the staff were wonderfully kind and helpful. The dogs were really sweet! I’d recommend a rental car since you are on the mountain (unless you’re staying a short amount of time then the bus is convenient). I was there two weeks and would have stayed longer if I had a car. This is such a unique and beautiful space. It feels like you’re in a cabin in the middle of the jungle when in fact you’re so close to Dominical and Uvita. If you want a peaceful retreat this is the place to come. When we first pulled in we saw 2 Aracaris, and we knew we had come to the right place! It feels a bit like glamping as the house is surrounded by screened in windows so you can hear and see all the life of the forest. Just fabulous!! Pablo was so inviting and took us on a tour of the other buildings on the property which were just as unique. Really made us feel welcome and at home. We will be back!

Pablo was an amazing host, we enjoyed him and his hospitality. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and willing to share local information along with making us reservations. We truly appreciated the bag, it will be a keepsake. The house was so unique, we fell in luv with it. I even had to try the slide. A nice open space where you could mingle with other guest. Your private room had a bathroom attached. Our room was extra special as we had a crawl through window which lead to the refreshing pool. Did I mention the beautiful mosaic artwork in the bathroom. So bright and happy. The extras were thought off… they had a telescope you can view the animals up close. A pool which you could take a refreshing dip and relaxing chairs to enjoy. The kitchen had everything imaginable to make a special meal and/or keep your drinks/fruits chilled. We cannot say enough good and we would definitely return and even suggested the location to others. Thanks! Frank & Davina

This place is amazing! It is definitely a must stay place to mark off your bucket list. It is seriously a paradise on earth! Such a dream and the host was so hospitable with tons of tips on places to go and things to do! We wish we could have stayed longer because he was so great and took good care of us ensuring everything was perfect! Can’t say enough good things about this place and the host! 5 stars!!
