Playa Ballena
At low tide, a wallous-shaped sandbank protrudes far into the sea, and you can spend the whole day on this endless sandy beach in the shade of the palm trees, or swim in the gently sloping sea. Playa Ballena is a national park and therefore you have to pay an entrance fee at the entrance. Driving time from Paradise Lodge approx. 45 minutes. This is also where most of the whale watching boat trips depart from.
