Playa Arco

It is about a 35 minute drive from Paradiselodge, then a 15 minute walk along the beautiful beach and over a wooded hill to reach this beautiful location. Most of the time you are all alone and feel like Robinson Crusoe. The jungle reaches down to the beach, you often see monkeys or macaws. A small waterfall can be used as a shower, you can walk through a rock grotto or just laze in the shade of the many palm trees.

When visiting this beach, however, you should pay attention to the tide table and avoid the high tide – otherwise you have to wade waist-deep through the sea on the way back.
